Around 9:00 am on September 27, 2019, Charles Browning and his common law wife stopped at the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) located at 4375 Rangeline Road in Mobile, Alabama.
His wife went inside the restaurant to use the bathroom, and when she came back out Charles was gone. Charles hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
Investigation
Charles Browning did not have a vehicle or cell phone when he disappeared. It has not been confirmed if he walked away or left with someone.
According to loved ones Charles had been acting erratically before his disappearance and was exhibiting signs of paranoia.
His friends and family say it’s uncharacteristic of him to leave without warning. He leaves behind five children, including two infant sons.
His direction of travel when he went missing remains unknown.

Appearance
White male born on May 17, 1989. Charles has brown hair, green eyes, stands 5’11 tall and weighs 215 pounds. He had a goatee at the time of his disappearance.
His nipples are pierced and he has a large scar running across his back from his right shoulder blade to under his left ribcage.
Charles has several tattoos; “Tara” on the back of his neck, a portrait of his infant on his chest, a red rose/heart with “Mom” on a banner on his upper left arm, a red devil with a hat on his upper right arm, a woman with a banner on his lower leg, “Loyalty Omerta Respect” across his abdomen, koi fish on one of his forearms, and “In Loving Memory of NAN” on the other forearm.
Clothing & Accessories:
Charles was last seen wearing a maroon shirt, khaki shorts, a blue and white “Salt Life” baseball cap, and brown flip-flops.
