Tesla claims current discharges at its Buffalo, New York center belonged to a regular efficiency evaluation cycle which it is “false” that it discharged workers in action to a brand-new union project. The Workers United union formerly declared in an issue submitted with the United States National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) that the business discharged lots of workers at the plant “in retaliation for union activity” simply someday after employees revealed strategies to arrange.
