Her family reported her missing to the Shreveport Police Department on March 31, 2022, after she failed to return home.

Cherrie did not have her cell phone with her when she disappeared. It is unknown where she was headed when she went missing.
Her family say it’s uncharacteristic of her leave without warning, and that she’d never leave her three boys behind.
