Investigation
Destin disappeared along with his cell phone, which last ping to an area in Aldine, Texas.
His vehicle, a 2015 red Honda Accord with Ohio license plate JHP-3537, was recovered and processed by investigators after his disappearance.
Destin’s family flew to Houston after his disappearance to do their own investigation. A comforter his mother had bought for him was in an outside storage container.
Authorities with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office say the investigation into his disappearance remains open and active.
