The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said two children from Shelbyville at the center of an Amber Alert on Monday have been found safe.
The TBI said 2-year-old Journey Garrett and 9-month-old Daley Garrett were located in Alabama and area safe. Casey Campbell, the girls’ non-custodial mother, is in custody.
The TBI said the girls had last been seen on March 13 in Shelbyville and could be around Powell, Alabama.
Campbell is wanted by the Shelbyville Police Department for especially aggravated kidnapping.
Pleased to report that Journey and Daley have been located in Alabama, and are safe!!
