Rhonda Faye Day lived with her maternal grandmother in Lebanon Junction, Kentucky in 2018. Lebanon Junction is a small town about 35 miles south of Louisville, Kentucky.

On July 28, 2018, Rhonda left her home to visit a friend in Louisville. She left her home around 9:00 p.m. and then called her grandmother just after 10:30 p.m. to let her know she would be home around 4:00 a.m.

But Rhonda never made it home.

Her family reported her missing, and an investigation ensued.

Her friend told authorities that Rhonda had left his house around daybreak, in the early morning hours of July 29th.

Rhonda’s car was found abandoned on Cane Run Road, about a mile from her friend’s home. There were no signs of Rhonda, no clues as to where she may be, or what may have happened.

Her phone records were analyzed, and it was learned that her phone was turned off, or died, just after she made that phone call to her grandmother the night before.

Rhonda is described a caucasian female, standing 5’4″ and weighing around 185 pounds when she was last seen in July 2018. She has blonde hair and green eyes, and although most photos show Rhonda without glasses, she usually wears eyeglasses with dark frames.

Rhonda was last seen wearing a black tank top, black shorts, black flip-flop sandals, and a black baseball cap. She was carrying a large black purse.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Rhonda Faye Day, is asked to contact the Lebanon Junction Police Department at 502–833–2244.
